This position combines the work flexibility that comes from working as a licensed real estate agent and the support to build your own portfolio of homes to manage. The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, all tenant relations and meetings with prospective property owners/clients. Responsibilities: • Owner lead follow-up to prospective owner-clients who are interested in us • Resident/Owner relations • Oversee resident move-outs and security deposit returns • Oversee the make-ready process for vacant homes • Oversee maintenance coordination on rental homes • Establish rental rates • Oversee move-in/move-out • Establish vendor relations Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Some weekend and evening hours required Candidate must possess: • A very strong moral-ethical foundation - integrity • Minimum 2 years experience in real estate • Professional appearance • Ability to work hard…very hard • Ability to connect with other people without trying • Hustle to close the deal! • High degree of self-confidence tempered by humility • Strong attention to detail and organization • Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems • Ability to work independently but follow our proven process Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000+ Commission based
