We’re searching for a detail-oriented, driven, and client-focused Paralegal with experience in both Real Estate and Family Law to join our winning team. Responsibilities: Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and manage closing documents (HUDs/CDs, settlement statements, deeds, title commitments) • Coordinate closings and communicate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers • Order and review title exams, municipal lien certificates, and payoffs • Manage post-closing matters and file disbursements Family Law Paralegal Responsibilities: • Prepare and file pleadings, financial statements, discovery documents, and court filings • Organize and maintain case files and correspondence • Support attorneys with hearing/trial prep, client communication, and deadline tracking • Communicate with clients with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant paralegal experience (Real Estate + Family Law) Experience with Microsoft Office, e-filing, registry of deeds platforms, and Clio (a plus) Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability A team player with strong communication and client service skills Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why Join Martino Law Group? • Make a real difference.
