Our Cypress real-estate team is seeking an Entry-Level Field Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team! This position calls for someone flexible, self-motivated, and team-oriented! This role will be completing tasks on behalf of our team in a timely manner while representing our firm professionally. Responsibilities: • Install and Pick up lockboxes • Install and Pick up signs for marketing purposes on upcoming listings • Take photos and Matterports of homes if needed • Contribute to our growth goals, company objectives, and internal operations • Taking videos/photos of homes prior to closing • Keeping track of inventory • Maintain communication with office team members • Maintaining company vehicle • Quality assurance checks on vacant homes • Misc. deliveries and pickups coordinated by office team members Qualifications: • Have a valid Texas driver’s license • Complete a criminal background check • Must be detail-oriented task-oriented • Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines and prioritize work tasks • Friendly and professional demeanor with homeowners/clients • Occasional work outside of standard office hours (minimal) • Must be willing to work on Saturday's • Must be willing to be on the road throughout the day • Have a clean driving record Compensation: $25,000 - $30,000 yearly
