Responsibilities: • Staff new home community 5 days a week to ensure convenient touring times for potential buyers • Be a professional representative for builders and the company when interacting with potential clients and industry professionals so company values and standards are apparent • Track all phone, email and CRM interactions with prospective clients to help ensure monthly sales goals are being met • Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely • Discuss features of lots, floor plans and community to buyers to help determine their needs and wants • Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely • Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals • New home developer lead follow up • New home builder lead generation • Database • CRM • Prospecting Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people • Commission opportunity • Real estate license required • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
