Responsibilities: • They are aligned with the CEO's vision to achieve the Team's goals • They leverage the value tools to perform the activities necessary to achieve the CEO's expectations of recruiting talent and consulting with t agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions • They naturally exhibit the WI4C2TES belief system in their dealings with others • Actively engage and attract productive associates (with market share) through business consulting, disruptive training, and KW technology (recruit and retain) • Consult associates to increase productivity and profitability • Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with both the sales and operations teams • Ensure execution of disruptive training calendar for associates based on key areas of business and associates’ needs • Lead and/or partner with the MC team to increase associates’ productivity through business consulting • Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams’ value proposition as it relates to associates’ businesses, goals, and/or needs • Consult with the leadership group to ensure growth in productivity and profitability • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete • Ensure the team is profitable, keeping tight fiscal control over operating expenses • Oversee, actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture • Lead sales and business meetings with operational and sales staff • Oversee the operations department and ensure all systems and processes are being effectively executed and performance-tracked Qualifications: • This person has strong communication skills and naturally connects with others • They have at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and are in the top 5 percent of their office • They understand basic business, financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls), and how to support others in making great business decisions • Leadership, management, team-building skills • Goal setting, planning, accountability skills • Problem-solving skills • Recruiting and/or sales experience • Career development, business acumen, and training experience • An in-depth understanding of real estate technology • Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate • Mastery of the KW core agent curriculum and technology: Command, Ignite, BOLD, MREA, Lead Generation 36:12:3, Win with Sellers, Win with Buyers, Career Visioning, 30/60/90 and Success Through Others; scripts for all Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 yearly
