Responsibilities: • Stay up-to-date on local information to effectively answer client questions about available properties and the surrounding community. • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service. • Manage email communications and respond promptly to client inquiries. • Oversee the sales pipeline and track progress to achieve sales goals. • Engage in daily role-playing exercises to improve sales skills. • Coordinate appointments and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
