This is a full-time, in-person role perfect for someone who thrives in a call center environment but is ready to level up into a career with serious growth potential. What You’ll Be Doing: • Making 40–60 calls daily to warm and cold leads • Following up via phone, text, and email to qualify buyers and sellers • Setting appointments for our top agents to close • Keeping detailed notes and tasks organized in Brivity CRM • Representing the Bustos & Reardon brand with empathy, energy, and professionalism What We’re Looking For: • Someone who is naturally outgoing, people-focused, and goal-driven • Call center, sales, or customer service experience is a strong plus • Comfortable with high call volume and follow-up systems • Organized, self-motivated, and focused under pressure • Real estate license preferred—but not required • If you’re the right fit, we will sponsor you to get licensed!
