    Are you a person who loves Inside Sales? We'd Love to speak with you! Seeking a full-time experienced and highly motivated Licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team in Southeast Florida. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the team’s success by converting leads into appointments for our lead broker. The position will involve two different market areas: Southeast Florida and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Responsibilities: Dedicating 80% of your workday to: • Receiving and qualifying inbound calls from prospective buyers and sellers to convert leads into appointments • Making outbound calls to leads from our CRM • Nurture leads and ensure communication via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication • Scheduling appointments for the lead broker Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Utilizing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport to learn and understand client needs • Maintain relationships with clients through phone calls, email, etc. to stay top of mind for their next sale, purchase, or referral • Managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track daily activities and ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information • Review the database of past contacts and work through the process of reaching out, connecting with, and categorizing each potential client • Maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Help develop systems and processes to organize and maintain personal tasks, client relationships, and responsibilities for the team lead (Owner) • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while exceeding daily and monthly call volume targets • Learning sales scripts Qualifications: • Florida Real Estate license is required • Basic understanding of Florida geography • Mastery level data entry, database, and CRM management • We are only considering candidates with at least 2 years of experience working as an ISA, making outbound calls, on a full-time basis with a track record of success generating real estate leads • Have superb interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $36,000 - $150,000 yearly
