    Joining as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) offers a fantastic entry point into the world of real estate! An Active TX Real Estate License is a must for this in-office role based in San Antonio, TX. This position provides a unique chance to gain valuable experience and progress in the real estate industry, with a combination of salary and commission. Our ISAs are responsible for generating leads through various inbound and outbound sources, assisting in client acquisition through prospecting, nurturing, appointment setting, and lead management in the CRM system. The ISA plays a key role in gathering essential information about buyer and seller leads, as well as scheduling appointments with Exquisite Properties' buyer's agents. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, phone calls, dedication to established systems, a warm and approachable phone manner, accurate data entry, and exceptional customer service during client interactions. Comprehensive individual training is provided by our ISA manager, with no prior experience necessary - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Our team values a drama-free culture and encourages open communication through quarterly roundtable discussions where every voice is heard and opinions are appreciated. Responsibilities: • Be present & in the office Monday through Friday from 8-4 p.m. • Prospect for clients every day and build a pipeline of future clients. • Be productive and set appointments while responding quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries 24/7. • Make outbound calls, receive inbound calls, communicate via email/text, and coordinate and schedule real estate buying and selling opportunities. • Follow up daily using the CRM (Follow Up Boss) to stay on top of clients who may need extra nurturing. • Consistently track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management. • Follow scripts to deliver our team value proposition and handle objections. • Qualify leads to discern clients' motivation and discuss the needs and wants of buying/selling a home. • Become a pro with MLS and learn how to use this tool to better serve your leads. • Ensure the client always has a 5-star customer service experience. • You will be responsible for the On-Call phone throughout the month. Depending on the number of ISAs currently, you may be responsible 1 or 2 days/week & 1 or 2 weekends/month. **** If your schedule does not allow for night and weekend work activity (from home), this will not be the position for you! You will be getting calls back and incoming calls occasionally during these times. • You will be responsible for answering as backup even when you're not on call. Being an ISA requires hustle & discipline. • We are one of 5 teams in the San Antonio area who are partners with Zillow. Qualifications: • No real estate experience is needed but you must have your TX Real Estate license or be in the process of obtaining it.Work in-office Monday - Friday. Hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. • Must be willing & able to work outside office hours if a client needs assistance. • An action-oriented individual who will put in the work required to achieve success for the team and yourself. • Innate sales talent: Do you love sales? Calls will be recorded! • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company and fits into our no-drama culture! Compensation: $48,000+ (Base + Commission) yearly
