Responsibilities: • Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us Qualifications: • Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills • At least one year of real estate sales experience • Must possess a real estate license • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred Compensation: $100,000 commission based
