Responsibilities: • Utilize the CRM system to gather and maintain up-to-date customer information for the agents' reference • Consistently follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a buyer or listing agent • Effectively handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Engage in continuous follow-ups via phone calls and emails to turn past clients into repeat real estate leads • Document quarterly and monthly sales performance metrics to ensure sales goals and conversion rates are achieved by the real estate team • Implement persistent lead follow-up strategies • Adhere to the team's plan for sales success • Proactively generate leads to expand the client base • Schedule appointments with potential clients • Successfully close appointments and finalize sales • Progress towards becoming a lead buyer or listing agent • Master the use of databases and CRM systems for efficient customer management Qualifications: • To qualify for this Real Estate Inside Sales Agent position in Murrieta, CA, US, you should have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • A real estate license is a must for this role in Murrieta, CA, US. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent in Murrieta, CA, US. • Superior communication abilities are required for effective performance in this position in Murrieta, CA, US.
