REMOTE We need a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is a commission-based position and a valid Real Estate License is required. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold/warm calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Make appointments Qualifications: • A Valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
