The Justin Kiliszek Group is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our continued success! Responsibilities: • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities for our outside sales agents, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle • Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of inbound sales leads such as Zillow buyers requesting to tour properties) and cold calling. Must be comfortable being on the phone • Ability to work individually and as part of a team • This is an in-office position at our Maplewood office. Not a remote position Qualifications: • Utilize Google Apps/Calendar, (auto dialing technology), CRM, and Multiple Listing Service, among others • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Ability to overcome objections of prospective customers • Open to attending periodic sales training where applicable • Must have your NJ Real Estate License Compensation: $52,000 Base + Commission
