Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls and send emails to coordinate and schedule real estate buying and selling opportunities for outside sales agents in Maplewood, NJ • Manage the sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle effectively and efficiently • Meet productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets by handling customer inquiries, including inbound sales leads and cold calling • Must be comfortable engaging in phone communication • Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in our Maplewood office Qualifications: • Proficient in using Google Apps/Calendar, auto dialing technology, CRM, and Multiple Listing Service, among other tools • Demonstrates exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities • Commits to learning, memorizing, and internalizing sales scripts • Possesses a dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken communication style • Shows enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills • Skilled in overcoming objections from potential customers • Willingness to participate in regular sales training sessions • Holds a valid NJ Real Estate License Compensation: $15 - $30 hourly
