Responsibilities: • Utilize the CRM system to gather and maintain up-to-date customer information for the real estate team • Consistently pursue leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a buyer's or listing agent • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients • Maintain regular follow-ups with past clients through phone calls and emails to generate repeat real estate leads • Monitor and record sales cycle performance metrics on a quarterly and monthly basis to ensure sales goals and conversion rates are achieved by the team • Implement rigorous lead follow-up strategies • Adhere to the team's plan for real estate sales success • Engage in lead-generation activities to drive business growth • Schedule appointments with potential clients • Successfully close appointments and finalize sales • Progress towards becoming a lead buyer or listing agent • Master the use of databases and CRM systems to enhance real estate operations Qualifications: • To be considered for the Real Estate - Inside Sales Agent position in Orange Beach, AL, US, you must currently hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car. • Candidates should either possess a real estate license or demonstrate a strong willingness to obtain one. • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships are essential for this role. • The ideal candidate must excel in interpersonal communication.
