Responsibilities: • Identify business opportunities within the Beverly, MA target region to expand our client base • Efficiently manage, qualify, and convert inbound sales inquiries into appointments to ensure prompt customer response • Maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients to keep track of leads effectively • Utilize various communication channels such as email and phone calls to follow up with prospects and generate qualified real estate leads • Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to demonstrate progress toward company goals Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required or the motivation to get one • Demonstrate a passion for the real estate industry • Possess strong motivation and determination to achieve success Compensation: $87,500 - $167,400 yearly
