Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Relentless lead follow-up • Follow the team plan • Lead generation • Set appointments • Close appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • Must possess a real estate license or the motivation to get one • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $76,500 - $174,500 yearly
