We have better support and training than anyone else in the industry Responsibilities: • Identify business opportunities in target regions in Laredo, TX, US to expand our client base • Manage inbound sales inquiries effectively to convert leads into appointments promptly • Maintain an organized database of prospective and past clients for up-to-date lead information • Engage with prospects through various communication channels to generate qualified real estate leads • Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to track progress towards company goals Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required or the willingness to pursue one is essential • Passion for the real estate industry is a must • Strong motivation and drive for achieving success are key attributes needed Compensation: $86,500 - $167,500 yearly
