Responsibilities: • As a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent in Burnsville, MN, US, you will be responsible for utilizing CRM to gather and maintain accurate customer information for the team. • Consistently pursue potential leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a buyer’s or listing agent. • Manage and convert sales inquiries from qualified leads into new clients effectively. • Foster relationships with previous clients to generate repeat real estate leads by maintaining regular contact through phone calls and email. • Track and analyze quarterly and monthly sales performance metrics to ensure the team meets its sales goals and conversion rates. • Implement rigorous follow-up strategies with leads. • Adhere to the team's strategic plan. • Proactively generate leads. • Schedule and conduct appointments. • Successfully close appointments and finalize sales transactions. • Progress towards becoming a lead buyer or listing agent. • Master the database and CRM systems for efficient management of client information.
