Responsibilities: • Utilize CRM software to collect and maintain current customer details accurately, ensuring all agents have access to updated information. • Continuously follow up on leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a buyer's agent or a listing agent. • Respond to sales inquiries from qualified leads and skillfully convert them into new clients. • Engage in regular communication with previous clients through phone calls and emails to generate repeat real estate leads. • Monitor and analyze sales cycle metrics on a quarterly and monthly basis to achieve sales targets and ensure the real estate team meets conversion rate goals. • Implement consistent follow-up procedures with leads to nurture relationships effectively. • Adhere to the strategic plan set by the team to drive success in real estate sales. • Actively seek out leads for potential clients in the luxury real estate market. • Schedule appointments and oversee their successful completion. • Close sales efficiently to contribute to the team's overall success. • Work towards advancing to a lead buyer or listing agent role within the team. • Master the utilization of databases and CRM systems for efficient data management. Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car in Phoenix, AZ, US. • Required to hold an active real estate license in Phoenix, AZ, US. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have for this role in Phoenix, AZ, US. Compensation: $85,000 - $165,500 yearly
