Responsibilities: • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Follow the team plan • Set listing and buyer appointments • Execute appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Team player • CRM and database mastery • Scripts and sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan
