Responsibilities: • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred • +1 year of experience generating real estate leads • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Have or are willing to obtain a Real Estate license • Bi-lingual (bonus but not mandatory) Compensation: $38,000 - $74,000
