    Company Overview: Team Zimmerman is a full-service real estate team associated with Adams Cameron Realtors dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients in buying and selling. We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. Job Overview: You’ll be responsible for prospecting new inbound leads, making outbound cold calls, building relationships with existing database of potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. You will play a key role in generating revenue for the company through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. Responsibilities: • Qualify leads through calling, text and email campaigns • Conduct follow-up calls, emails and texts to nurture leads and maintain relationships • Schedule appointments for property showings and consultations with clients • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the buying, selling or renting process • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system accordingly Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one Strong Candidates will be: Empathetic, Resilient, Flexible, Collaborative, Organized, Improvisational, Personable, Receptive and Ambitious Location and commitments: • This is a hybrid position with an initial in office training period of 1 month. After the initial training period, the ISA is expected to be in office once per week • Full time 40 + hours/week • Calls to be made between 8AM and 9PM Benefits and Compensation: • Base Compensation: $30,000/year Commision: • Initial 6 months (13 pay periods): Bi-weeky 1099 Commission stipend of $730 / paycheck • After first 6 months: Tiered flat fee paid per closed transaction based on leads converted by ISA Benifits: • No Health Insurance / Vision / Dental Insurance available for this position • PTO: 10 days of PTO per year • Company Holidays Paid Licensure: • Within 30 Days of hire date, the ISA must fully pass the FL Real Estate Exam Compensation: $30,000/year + Commission
