As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and maximizing revenue. We are looking for a dedicated individual who embodies the spirit of a grinder and hustles hard to achieve outstanding results. We offer hourly plus bonuses. This position does not offer benefits at this time. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Our Team offers training that actually works with today's prospects, rather than using old-school sales methods that simply turn people off. Responsibilities: • Qualify the incoming leads for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs. • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele. • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals. • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads. • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process. Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and a team mentality. • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
