Must reside within the US to be considered. As an Inside Sales Agent and first point of contact for The Redux Group’s prospective clients, you'll play a key role in generating new and repeat client appointments for the company and be a key driver of company success. Your potential is limited only by your motivation! This role provides a career path in sales for driven Inside Sales Agents! To foster a team environment, you’ll work alongside other Inside Sales Agents and report to the Director of Inside Sales. This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is motivated by earning financial rewards that are directly related to their performance. Your compensation will be part base salary and part bonus and your total compensation will be a direct result of how hard you work at setting qualified appointments! You must complete the associated assessments and questions to be considered for this role! Responsibilities: • Book in-person and virtual appointments and qualify inbound and outbound prospects for Listing and/or Buyer Agents via calls, e-mail, and text messages • Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with the prospective seller and buyer clients • Qualify leads before setting appointments and accurately assess holistic motivation to buy or sell property, timeline, and financial specifics to Agents • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 20 conversations and 3 appointments booked per day after training and 45 business days • Manage your own pipeline and set the strategy for effective prospecting and metrics management • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from our Redux Community Qualifications: • Must reside within the US to be considered • You have a strong work ethic and are self-motivated to work hard to earn a higher income • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment • You have sold in the past and/or have a passion for real estate sales • Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional • Your enthusiasm for success is superseded only by your degree of personal integrity • You value feedback and are eager to learn and grow professionally • You must be tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly! • You are willing to work some evenings and weekends Compensation: $55,000 OTE (base + commission)
