Our team is expanding and we’re looking for a full-time, in-office Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA). You’ll convert inbound online inquiries, generate outbound calls, and create new clients, as well as nurture existing client relationships. Reporting to the ISA Manager, the ISA will work closely with the Real Estate Agents to ensure high prospect conversion rates with outstanding customer service. The ISA must be able to manage a large volume of leads while maintaining a personalized client experience. It is the responsibility of the ISA to be the first point of contact for clients while communicating professionally in a way that creates a superior client experience. Responsibilities: • Update client information in the CRM accurately & timely • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Follow up and nurture all leads in the database as appropriate • Appointment setting with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers • Educate prospective clients on the value and necessity of working with a successful real estate team • Assist agents in nurturing relationships with existing clients • Attend Role Play Sessions to sharpen conversation and objection-handling skills • Track individual goals and report data daily Qualifications: • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Professionalism when handling rejections • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must have a high school diploma • At least one year of real estate sales experience (preferred) • Ability to multi-task and efficiently use technology Compensation: $54,000+ base & draw + bonus opportunity
