Responsibilities: • Prospect and Follow Up : Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities. • Lead Conversion : Qualify leads, identify client needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team to drive conversion rates. • Database Management : Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates, and status changes in the CRM system. • Client Engagement : Build rapport with prospective clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their questions or concerns. • Achieve Sales Goals : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call volume, appointment settings, and conversion rates. • Market Knowledge : Stay informed about company services, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value propositions. • Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with marketing, operations, and the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and maximize results. • Handle Objections : Overcome client objections with effective problem-solving and negotiation skills to move leads through the sales funnel.
