Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Team and individual sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaign mastery • Utilize CRM's • Set appointments • Close appointments • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Must live within the greater Phoenix area • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions
