Responsibilities: • Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and text to qualify potential clients. • Manage and track leads in the CRM system to nurture relationships and convert prospects into appointments. • Provide exceptional customer service , addressing inquiries and building rapport with potential buyers and sellers. • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and refine lead conversion efforts. • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals. Qualifications: • Must have a South Carolina Real Estate License. • A self-motivated and energetic individual with a passion for sales. • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. • Familiarity with using a CRM system (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce). Compensation: $20 per hour + Commission
