Responsibilities: • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Work as a liaison to the sales agent, by setting up showings and in-home appointments and ensuring the appointments take place • Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Licensed real estate agent in Virginia is preferred • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Tenacious desire to succeed • Enjoys team collaboration Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 at plan yearly
