Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Provide unparalleled client service to clients in the form of communication, telephone etiquette and services • Contact via call, email, text, direct message, or other forms of communication to convert new and old leads into qualified leads, funneling them through the sales pipeline • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Ensure follow-up by passing strong prospects to brokers with call-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on • Overcome objections from prospective clients • Maintain and expand the databases, enter new client data, and update changes to existing accounts Qualifications: • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Two years of previous sales experience • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must be a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Oregon • Experience working in customer relationship management (CRM) software, Follow up Boss preferred • Must enjoy talking on the phone, and being comfortable cold-calling • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Perform assigned duties in a professional, pleasant, and efficient manner • Must work well under pressure and with critical time frames • Demonstrate good judgment and reasoning in handling daily activities, while also handling difficult situations with grace • Demonstrate continued development and proficiency in completing tasks listed • Maintain the confidentiality of the company and activities of the sales team • Having regular attendance • Maintaining a well-groomed professional appearance and mannerisms appropriate to greet clients and co-op sales, associates • Must be flexible, as interruptions will be constant Compensation: $18 - $24 hourly
