Responsibilities: • Utilize the extensive network and database available to effectively generate and nurture leads • Ensure a strong first impression for potential clients as the initial point of contact • Transfer warmed leads to our top Senior Listing Partners to set the stage for their success • Drive lead generation through proactive outreach efforts and digital platforms • Assist leads in making informed decisions by conducting thorough follow-ups • Accurately coordinate appointments to connect clients with our expert agents • Track all interactions efficiently by maintaining an organized and up-to-date CRM system Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED is a requirement for this role, with a college degree viewed as advantageous. • Candidates should ideally possess at least 1 year of sales experience, particularly in real estate. • Strong communication and organizational skills are vital for success in this position. • Demonstrating a customer service mindset that aligns with our core values is essential for effective client interactions. Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
