You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Assist buyers and sellers in navigating the real estate market • Provide expert guidance on property values, market conditions, and financing options • Generate and follow up on leads through various prospecting methods • Conduct property showings and open houses • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish • Stay up to date with local market trends and industry regulations • Utilize eXp Realty’s cloud-based platform for marketing, training, and client management • Network with other real estate professionals and grow your business through referrals Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Real estate license or pursuing required • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • +1 year of real estate sales experience • Active Texas real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one) • Experience in real estate is preferred but not required • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently while also being a team player • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for marketing and transaction management • Passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission yearly
