Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist - Hybrid
We are seeking a Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a partially remote, commission-based position and a valid Alaska Real Estate License is required. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold/warm calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
