Responsibilities: • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the Company • Perform other duties as required • Achieve daily and weekly KPIs Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Should be open to continuous learning • This position is located in Nashua, NH, and is an in-office position only Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings
