    We are looking for someone that wants to join the Top Real Estate Team of proven Top agents. We are looking for someone that loves serving people and looking to grow with our amazing team. The culture is one of learning and growth. The person will be responsible for prospecting new leads, building relationships with existing leads and clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. The role is on the phone in our South Asheville office, though we may be open to a virtual option or working out of our Greenville, SC office. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Hunt, manage and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Qualifications: • Highly motivated, wanting to both learn and grow, while serving our clients • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly
