At New Vision Properties, we’re growing quickly and seeking a dynamic Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. A Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist is the first point of contact for new leads, bridging the gap between prospecting and closing deals. Sometimes referred to as a Leads Manager, this role focuses on engaging leads, building rapport, and qualifying prospects—allowing the outside sales team to focus on closing. As a Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll juggle tasks like data collection, lead qualification, and follow-ups with a proactive, results-driven mindset. While you’ll work to build trust and connection with leads, your role will emphasize structure, tasks, and goal-oriented performance rather than closing the deals yourself. Compensation Responsibilities: • Developing initial relationships with potential clients to build trust and rapport. • Explaining the benefits and services of the company to prospective clients. • Collecting and organizing contact information and qualifying leads. • Updating the CRM with lead details and communicating with the respective team members to ensure smooth transactions. • Prospecting for new leads and re-engaging old ones to uncover new opportunities. • Setting and achieving sales goals, including booking appointments and qualifying leads. Performance Metrics We’ll track your performance based on key indicators such as: Leading Indicators (Activities to train on): • Call attempts were made. • Conversations initiated. • Time spent on calls (average duration) Lagging Indicators (Results to manage to): • Number of new leads processed. • Leads qualified and appointments booked. • Old leads re-engaged and warmed up. Experience: • Experience in engaging with customers over the phone, email, or in-person, building rapport quickly, and maintaining a customer-first attitude. • Skilled in understanding customer needs, addressing objections, and providing solutions that align with their goals. • Managing lead databases, updating CRM systems, and tracking follow-up progress to ensure no opportunities are missed. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for “sweet-talking” and persuading customers to understand the value of our service. • Proven track record of persistence in following up with leads until a decision is made • Comfort using sales automation tools, dialers, and other communication platforms. • Experience in creating a sense of urgency in leads and convincing them to take the next step in the real estate process.
