As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, your role will involve assisting clients with buying and selling their homes. Your responsibilities will include researching available homes in the area, discussing clients' requirements and budgets to find suitable properties, creating marketing materials and listing agreements, and negotiating the best possible deal for clients. Furthermore, you will provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. We are seeking a professional who possesses a strong understanding and knowledge of the North Carolina real estate market. To excel in this position, you must have excellent negotiation skills, a comprehensive understanding of real estate industry regulations, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ensuring the satisfaction of every client requires providing superior customer service throughout the entire process. Responsibilities: • Consult with new clients in order to discover their needs and desires, and then fill them • Act as an intermediary between your client and potential buyers/sellers from beginning to end • Help clients choose mortgage companies that best meet their needs • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales • Present purchase offers to sellers, and write purchase offers for buyers • Mentoring to help new agents thoroughly understand how to take clients from an offer to the closing table • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers Qualifications: • Must have an active NC Real Estate License • Self-motivated & goal-oriented • Willingness to learn the most current tools, systems, and technologies • Display a people-oriented, positive, and client-focused attitude Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
