    We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline What You’ll Do:Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Reach out to potential buyers and sellers via phone, email, and other communication channels to build the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads. • Data Management : Keep client information up-to-date in our CRM to ensure agents have access to accurate, current data. • Performance Tracking : Monitor monthly and quarterly metrics to ensure sales goals are being met. • Lead Qualification : Qualify incoming leads and set appointments with realtors and field agents to ensure timely follow-up and client satisfaction. • Business Development : Explore new opportunities within designated geographies to expand our client base. Qualifications: • Real estate license or pursuing required • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Superb Interpersonal Skills : Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience : 1+ years of experience in generating real estate leads or inside sales. • Real Estate License : Must possess or be actively pursuing a Florida real estate license. • Candidates must be located in Gainesville, FL, or willing to relocate. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 Annually
