-We’re looking for a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has exceptional lead follow-up via phone, text, and email, and will funnel incoming leads to our buyer agents and listing agents. The position will be in-office in one of our 6 locations around Ocala - The Villages - Mount Dora. Part time - 20 hours per week. Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Must be comfortable and competent in using CRMs and other software Compensation: $15 per hour
