The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Demonstrates effective communication skills • Engages in daily prospecting for new clients (minimum 5 hours per day) • Establishes contact with over 50 new individuals daily • Efficiently manages a contact database system with persistent follow-up • Schedules appointments for salespeople with potential listing and buyer clients • Masters and internalizes sales scripts through dedicated practice • Creates a comfortable and familiar atmosphere, building rapport with leads and clients • Exhibits excellent organizational and time management abilities • Driven by results and a strong desire to achieve high performance • Possesses a solid understanding of computers, spreadsheets, and internet navigation • Sets personal goals, tracks sales metrics and progress, and actively participates in weekly accountability meetings • Maintains a positive attitude and contributes as a productive team member Qualifications: • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads • Active Arizona Real Estate License is mandatory • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car • At least 1 year of real estate experience • Previous outbound sales experience is highly desirable, though not mandatory • Friendly and personable demeanor • Highly skilled and at ease with outbound telemarketing • Capability to utilize or swiftly grasp real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and genuinely enjoys working with a team • Proficient in Google Email and other technology platforms Compensation: $75,000+ potential at plan
