    We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Making many phone calls a day to prospects and setting appointments • Following up with appointments set • Train daily on scripts to be better and better on the phone • Coordinate scheduling of client and internal meetings • Assist with special projects, including business development and proposals Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Make a robust amount of phone calls daily as a prospector and be ready to set a lot of appointments • The candidate should have a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree preferred Compensation: $60,000+ plus commission
