Responsibilities: • ⁠⁠Regularly update the customer database to ensure the sales team has the most current client information. • ⁠⁠Qualify incoming leads promptly to schedule appointments quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience. • ⁠⁠Engage with prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to convert them into qualified leads and guide them into the sales pipeline. • ⁠⁠Track and report key performance and sales metrics monthly and quarterly to monitor progress toward sales goals. • ⁠⁠Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories to grow the client base. Qualifications: • ⁠⁠Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal. • ⁠⁠Knowledge of the sales process and proficiency in entering data into client databases. • ⁠⁠High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. • ⁠⁠Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car. • ⁠⁠Motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented. • ⁠⁠Enthusiastic about sales and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. • ⁠⁠This position is on-site only in Wichita, KS. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
