Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Candidate Screening : Evaluate resumes and applications to identify top candidates, conducting initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit for real estate roles. • Relationship Building : Establish and maintain rapport with candidates, actively engaging with them to understand their career aspirations and motivations, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Talent Management : Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication to keep potential hires engaged throughout the recruitment process. • Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand specific team needs and job requirements, aligning recruitment strategies to attract the right talent. • Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements. • Market Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to effectively position the company as an attractive employer in the real estate market. Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads • Real estate license or pursuing required • Candidates must reside in the Naples area or be willing to commute to our Naples office Monday through Friday. • Recruitment or Sales Experience : Demonstrated experience in recruitment or sales, ideally within the real estate sector, showcasing an understanding of industry dynamics and candidate expectations. • Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers, facilitating clear and open dialogue throughout the recruitment process. • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals, fostering positive relationships and a comfortable environment for candidates to express their career goals. • Organizational Skills : Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously, ensuring a streamlined process and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database. • Goal-Oriented : Results-driven mindset focused on achieving recruitment targets, with a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent for the team. • Tech Savvy : Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance the recruitment process.
