Real Estate Inside Sales Client Care Representative Not afraid to be on the phone? Driven to do what it takes to make the most amount of money you can make? We're looking for an Inside Sales Client Care Rep. This team member will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources – prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our CRM system. Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling appointments with qualified leads for Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. This person is results-oriented and has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads and cold calling) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads. Responsibilities: • Actively seek out new business opportunities and diligently follow up on leads in the pipeline • Engage in outbound cold calling to qualify potential clients, leading to appointments for Listing and/or Buyer Agents • Promptly respond to inbound sales inquiries and address customer needs effectively • Develop expertise in the Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire real estate market to present The Blood Team's unique value proposition to potential clients and handle objections adeptly • Perform market analysis to assist in determining property values for potential buyers and sellers • Maintain accurate records of productivity and sales metrics for management review Qualifications: • Must have a strong sense of urgency in all tasks • Proficient in handling phone calls, with the ability to spend majority of the workday on calls and successfully secure appointments • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills • Displays a genuine passion for sales and the process of selling • Open to feedback and coaching to improve performance • Focused on achieving goals and targets set by the team • Proactive and self-motivated in tasks and responsibilities • Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, MOJO Dialer, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies • Currently holds or actively pursuing real estate licenses for Massachusetts and New Hampshire Compensation: $65,500+ at plan earnings
