Responsibilities: • Go through residential homes top to bottom to evaluate any repairs that need to be made • Draft a comprehensive report, with photographs, to help home buyers and sellers understand exactly what the inspection revealed • Assist home buyers with any other requests regarding the home inspection to keep open lines of communication and adapt to meet their needs Qualifications: • Ability to clearly explain needed repairs both verbally and in writing to customers • Valid driver’s license and able to travel by car • High school diploma or equivalent required • Understands components of assessing needed repairs for an entire home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, and more • Well-acquainted with basic computer programs and email applications Compensation: Up to $100,000 DOE
