Responsibilities: • Coordinate real estate transactions from start to finish, including managing paperwork, deadlines, and communication between all parties involved. • Ensure all transaction documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with real estate regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with real estate agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys to facilitate smooth and efficient transaction processes. • Monitor and track transaction progress, providing regular updates to all stakeholders and addressing any issues or delays promptly. • Utilize real estate industry knowledge and transaction experience to anticipate potential challenges and proactively seek solutions to ensure successful closings. • Send out closing gifts and request post-closing reviews from sellers. Qualifications: • Real Estate Transaction Coordination Experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to be a solution provider and effectively problem-solve to move transactions forward. • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files at once. • Hands-on and proactive in ensuring constant communication with all parties involved. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems is a plus. • Must be coachable, willing to grow, and take on leadership responsibilities.
