    The Real Estate Investment Counselor will be a trusted advisor to RealWealth members who want to build wealth through real estate investments offered by RealWealth Property Teams. This individual will leverage their personal investment experience and deep knowledge of the real estate market to guide members through investment decisions. They will help them navigate the complexities of property selection, financing, management, and long-term growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about real estate and who is actively engaged in the market, buying properties, and staying up to date on the latest strategies and news in the industry. They will bring both expertise and enthusiasm to our members, offering insightful guidance while fostering an inspiring and supportive community for members at every stage of their investment journey. There are some aspects to this position that will be similar to a sales role, including use of a CRM system for lead and conversion tracking and a bonus share system with fellow investment counselors. The more effective the investment counselors are together, the more money they will make! Key Attributes & Skills: Passion for Real Estate: Demonstrates a genuine love for real estate investing, actively buying properties (minimum of five rental properties owned, preferably long-distance), and staying up to date with the latest news, podcasts, and market trends. Actively participates in the market—no more than 2 years should pass without purchasing another property. Expert Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to present complex real estate concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging way and be very comfortable speaking in front of a camera and presenting on stage for large and small groups. High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Ability to connect with clients and property teams on a personal level, demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence in both one-on-one interactions and group settings. Ability to affirm and encourage clients, especially when they are facing challenges or uncertainties in their investment journey. Investing can cause some friction! Personable & Approachable: Fun, friendly, and easy to talk to. Builds rapport quickly and creates a welcoming atmosphere for clients, making them feel heard, understood, and supported. Professional Drive: Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying areas for improvement and taking initiative to enhance both the client experience and team performance. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and committed to results. Has a strong sense of urgency and is driven by a desire to continually move projects forward—frustrated by unnecessary delays or the status quo. Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural problem-solver who can identify challenges, offer creative solutions and implement strategies that drive successful outcomes for clients. Comfortable offering guidance and encouragement to clients even in complex or uncertain situations. Team Player with Leadership Qualities: While able to work independently, you also collaborate effectively with a team, offering insights, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues and stakeholders in their growth and success. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized investment counseling. Assist clients in developing and implementing investment strategies that align with their goals and financial objectives. Complete a minimum of 600 documented Member Sessions per year (via phone or email) and maintain calendar availability for scheduled investor calls a minimum of 20 hours per week. Investment Guidance & Education:Share your expert knowledge of real estate investment strategies, including property selection, financing options, market trends, and effective property management. Educate clients on how to manage and grow their portfolios over time. Refer members to necessary resource and sponsorship partners to encourage forward progress and investor support.Active Deal Sourcing & Evaluation:Assist clients in evaluating potential investment opportunities, helping them assess the risks and rewards of specific properties. Continuously source and present new investment opportunities to clients based on their needs and goals.Public Speaking & Content Creation:Deliver educational webinars, lead virtual workshops, and participate in RealWealth’s content production (podcasts, videos, articles). Provide clear, engaging, and accessible presentations that inspire and inform our community of investors.Market Insight & Thought Leadership:Stay current with industry news, trends, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the latest insights. Share relevant articles, reports, and podcasts that will enrich the investment knowledge of the community.Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:Work closely with other members of the RealWealth team to ensure clients are receiving comprehensive support. Proactively suggest improvements and new initiatives for enhancing client experience and team efficiency. Qualifications: • Minimum of 4 years of professional or personal experience in real estate investing • Must personally own a minimum of 5 rental properties , with a strong preference for candidates that have recent experience acquiring and owning out-of-state rental properties that are managed by professional property management companies and a strong preference for those who have acquired properties through RealWealth property teams. • Active involvement in the real estate investment community, including ongoing learning through podcasts, articles, books, and seminars. • Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills. Professional experience in adult education or coaching is preferred. • Must be great at public speaking and presenting original content in front of a camera • Demonstrates personal and professional drive beyond what is required • Comfortable using technology and online platforms for virtual communication and content creation (Zoom, Basecamp, email marketing, digital CRM systems, etc.) • A passion for helping others achieve financial freedom and an ability to provide motivation and encouragement during challenging times. Compensation: $60,000 base salary + uncapped bonuses
