You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Initiate outbound calls to real estate agents to generate leads and explore acquisition opportunities • Utilize the CRM daily to track and stay up-to-date on all follow-ups and messages and efficiently monitor the sales process Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • 1 or more years of sales experience • Must be driven and goal oriented to hit Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to achieve success • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to set and close appointments Compensation: $80,000 commission yearly
