You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Perform due diligence on the real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Qualifications: • +1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented Compensation: $120,000 yearly
